Account Manager, Retention
Purpose for the Job
To achieve the divisional objectives, under Client Relations and Scheme Retention.
Duties and Responsiblities
Ensure renewals are carried out within 60 days to renewal date.Organize and attend renewal meetings and include all value-adding riders and features.Ensure clients queries are handled within two days or earlier.Organize and attend review meetings as per the service level agreements.
Followed by minutes or file notes within agreed time lines, and ensuring all action items are actioned accordingly.Business retention of % within allocated portfolio with organic growth of 10% per yearPerform other duties as assigned.Collect all premiums within 30 days of cover placement.Conduct at least one member education session for all allocated accounts per year. Bachelor’s degree in business related field.Diploma in insurance.
