Qualifications:
Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or any other related Field with CPA or ACCA qualification.
Must have 4 years and above working experience.
Must be Proficient in ERP & Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with managing the sales ledger, including invoice processing, credit control and customer account management.
Support in preparing accurate and timely sales invoices, credit notes and statements.
Help reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in debt collection efforts and follow up on overdue payments.
Collaborate with the Group Sales Finance Manager to maintain positive customer relationships, address inquiries and resolve billing-related issues.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies in all sales finance activities.
Assist in generating sales finance reports and providing data to senior management.
Collaborate closely with the sales finance team to facilitate workflow and training.
