Asset Management Consultancy Services
The objective of this consultancy is to ensure increased income generation from our assets that include land, buildings, movable, and immovable assets across four of the five counties where we operate (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret). Expected outcomes/deliverables
Map out each value asset and prepare a report, in order of value from high value to low value, of all organization properties across four operational hubs – Children’s Villages in Nairobi, Mombasa, Eldoret and Kisumu.Prepare an expert opinion report on optimal return-on-investment (ROI) opportunities for each value asset, investment implications for each ROI proposal and potential collaborations and partnerships for proposal implementation.
It is expected that each ROI proposal will be accompanied by solid justification of the proposed approach or option.A financial investment and income plan for proposed ROI options for each value asset. Expertise
A Reputable property developer with a strong portfolio in residential, commercial and hospitality industry commercial development.Innovativeness in real estate focusing on sustainable development and designs.Financial stability and proof financial partnership with leading financial firms/ banks- Recommendation from leading financial institutionsProof of financial stability -provide audited accounts for the past 3 years.Proof of prior experience with similar consultancy or commercial development projects in the last 3 years.Provide legal and compliance certification.Public private partnership or joint venture experience in commercial and or residential real estate is an added advantage. Qualified and interested bidder shall submit a technical proposal addressing the services requested and detailing how they will meet SOS Children’s Villages in Kenya requirements.

60Qualification 10Financial Proposal-Cost effectiveness of the proposal 30The Technical Proposal should not exceed five pages and should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the tasks set forth above as well as the firm(s)/Individual capability perform the assignment.
The technical proposal should be included.In-depth description of the firm’s/individual experience with assignments of a similar nature.Description of the methodology proposed in undertaking the assignment.Number of days for preparation and completion of the assignment.Copies of updated CVs of the Lead Consultant and the proposed team members who will be undertaking the assignment.
