Associate-Revit Technician, Crisis and Security Consulting
We seek to engage the expertise of a Revit engineer to support the security design engineering team across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) by producing high quality security designs in Revit, AutoCAD and other CAD design software. Requirements
Be responsible for the production of technical security design drawings and models in Revit and AutoCad, supporting the EMEA regionCarrying out clash detections of Revit models and coordinating solutions to any clashes foundAttend virtual project BIM coordination meetings for projects across EMEA and be able to communicate clearly and confidently to resolve technical issuesDevelop and own the departmental BIM and CAD standardsProduce 3D renderings and CGIs of proposed security solutionsProduce drawings and output to the highest standardWork closely with other members of the team to deliver projects, in a timely manner and add value to the final outputsUse ‘out of the box’ thinking to add value to security designsInnovate to find more efficient and better ways to produce security designs Benefits
Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with 5+ years’ experience in an architecture or MEP engineering practiceMust be capable across disciplines, but primarily M&E building services and architectureExperience of clash detection/resolution process using both Navisworks and RevitFamiliar with BIM, use of Common Data Environments and QA systemsAble to produce 3D renders and graphicsAbility to liaise and coordinate with clients, Architects and all other members of the Design TeamKnowledge of Cobie Data applicable to MEP/ security drawingsFluent in English (verbal and written)Other CAD software preferable
