Business Development Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead market research and strategy execution to uncover trends, identify opportunities and drive business growth.Drive client acquisition and onboarding, including lead generation, contract negotiation and successful integration.Deliver compelling sales pitches, promote company products and manage end-to-end partner relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and internal policies across all business development activities.Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with overall company goals and performance targets. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably with knowledge of the Matatu sector and its market dynamics.Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to manage complex projects, multitask and work independently in dynamic environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
