Consultant, Emergency Operations
Objectives are as follows:
Clear Backlog of DREF Reports, ensuring timeliness, quality and accountability of theoutstanding and submitted reports in the Region.Disseminate Key DREF Changes – focusing on DREF updates & RBM requirements to theDREF (-)Support the implementation of the regional DREF improvement plan Desired outcomes

Education:
Master’s degree in Humanitarian Studies, Disaster Management, International Development, or related fields for conception or project management.Any equivalent certifications on Disaster management. Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in humanitarian emergency operations.Proven experience in operations, pooled fund, compliance, and reporting.Demonstrated experience in capacity-building initiatives, including designing anddelivering training sessions.Familiarity with the IFRC and DREF procedures is an advantage
