As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant’s menu, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
You will work alongside a dynamic team to deliver excellent dining experiences to customers. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals following the restaurant’s recipes and standards.Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.Assist in food preparation, chopping, and ingredient organization.Ensure kitchen equipment is used correctly and maintained properly.Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.Follow health and safety regulations as per restaurant policies. Requirements
Previous experience as a cook, chef, or kitchen assistant is an added advantage.Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.Team player with good communication skills.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
