Digital Marketing Officer
Principle Accountabilities
Execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with the short & long-term awareness and engagement strategies for the respective campaigns against KPIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experienceCollaborate with graphic designer to plan and develop the content style and design as well as develop creative content within brand guidelinesCo-ordinate and execute the in-house production of audio-visual content for internal and external useExecute effective engagement and media buying & monitoring strategies to drive traffic to HF’s Website, Properties Microsite, Social Media Platforms & other digital channelsExecute SEO, SEM, Bid marketing and other web enhancement strategiesGenerate reports & requisite insights from the various digital marketing campaigns based on pre-agreed metrics and KPIs to inform brand and business strategiesProvide insights from digital media sentiment and social listening tools to inform strategyConduct market research, analyse trends and technologies to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performanceGenerate regular industry and competitor reports & insights to inform strategyEnsure all content complies with the regulatory requirements (e.g. copyright and data protection laws)Liaise with CX and to ensure timely responses and resolution for social engagementsLiaise with various business and project teams to get feedback and insights on leads generated Key Competencies and Skills
