We're looking for
Draftsman
skilled in Autodesk Inventor and Vault to support a major development project.
If you're detail-driven, independent, and ready to make an impact on designs that shape infrastructure, we want you on our team.
What are you expected to do?
- Design with precision: Produce and refine 2D drawings in Autodesk Inventor, updating and enhancing existing designs with accuracy and speed.
- Own the tools: Leverage Autodesk Vault daily, mastering Copy Design functions and contributing to efficient design management.
- Bring ideas to life: Translate internal concepts and directions into clear, production-ready workshop drawings.
- Collaborate to innovate: Work hand-in-hand with our engineering team, ensuring seamless communication and accurate project outputs.
- Shape the future: Play a pivotal role in the setup and development of Autodesk Vault, helping to establish the foundation for smarter, more streamlined workflows.
You'll Be a Great Fit If
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Draftsman, ideally in excavator design within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- You have experience with Autodesk Inventor, with a strong focus on creating and refining 2D drawings or any similar design software.
- You have exposure to Autodesk Vault—whether from prior use or even a short course—and are eager to deepen your expertise.
- You are confident in fluent English communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineers and team members.
- You have the ability to work autonomously, staying productive and detail-oriented even with repetitive tasks.
- You have a portfolio of drawings that highlight your skills (a background in manufacturing is a strong advantage).
- You are proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn—ready to integrate smoothly into the team.
- You thrive in a supportive and collaborative culture, excited to contribute to projects that directly impact the excavator bucket industry.
- You are open to a 6-month project-based engagement, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on your performance and the project's progress.

Please note:
This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines.
This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover.
Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
