Environment Intern
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Environment Intern at ECAS Institute.
The Environment Intern will be responsible for tasks related to the following:
Preparing bids, concept notes, proposals, reports, and presentations.Conducting market research and gathering data for consultanciesAnalyzing information and identifying trends.Communicating with clients and stakeholders.Responding to client inquiries and providing updates.Assisting with client meetings and presentations.Assisting with project planning and implementation.Tracking assignment progress and ensuring deadlines are met.Supporting the development and implementation of recommendations.Support with marketing and business development activities.Support training activities.May be involved in data collection, validation, and visualisation Qualifications
Knowledge of environment, climate change and energy-related issuesKnowledge of planning and managing training and capacity-building practicesExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience in environmental research or related field is a plusExperience with drafting concept notes, policy briefs and technical papersExperience with technical reviews and reportingAbility to offer expert advice and recommendations on technical issues and best practices.Ability to help the organization implement new technologies or processes.Ability to work independently and remotely
