HR Assistant – Strategy Execution
Responsibilities
Assist in executing HR strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee wellness programs.Coordinate performance management reviews and leadership development initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws, transport regulations, and HSE standards.Support HR data management, payroll coordination, and workforce planning.Collaborate with fleet managers on driver recruitment, performance, and workforce deployment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.2+ years of HR experience (preferably in logistics, petroleum, or fast-paced industries).Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and transport workforce management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
