Junior/Mid-Level Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team.In this role, you’ll contribute to ensuring the quality of our software products through both manual and automated testing.You’ll collaborate with developers and product teams to build a reliable and scalable testing process.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their QA skills while contributing to real-world projects in a supportive environment.You will be directly reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager. Key Responsibilities:
Write and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.Report and track bugs using tools like JIRA and verify fixes through retesting.Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives in an Agile team.Contribute to test plan creation and help improve test coverage.Assist in maintaining and improving QA documentation and processes.Learn and apply industry-standard testing tools and frameworks. Required Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a QA or software testing role.Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques.Some experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman is a plus.Basic programming/scripting knowledge in one or more languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP).Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Willingness to learn new tools and testing strategies.A teamplayer
