Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure achievement of strategic objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to clients and stakeholders.

  • Supervise and mentor Operations Supervisors, fostering a high-performance team culture.

  • Develop and implement operational plans aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legal, and internal requirements.

  • Conduct regular training to enhance service quality and risk mitigation.

  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.

  • Represent the Operations Department in cross-functional meetings and decision-making forums.
  • Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years’ operations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role or 3 years in a senior supervisory position, preferably in financial services or share registry operations.

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of operational management, compliance frameworks, and risk control.

  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and report-writing capabilities.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality service delivery.
