The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing quality products and services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement aligned with budget and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities Source and purchase goods, materials, and services in a timely and cost-effective way to support operations and project needs.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and ability to meet delivery timelines.
Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records in line with company policies.
Monitor stock levels and work with inventory teams to forecast and plan procurement needs accurately.
Maintain clear records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance to support audits and reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and legal regulations, including proper approvals and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure dependable supply chains.
Track orders and follow up on deliveries, resolving any supply delays or product issues quickly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, or similar).
Must hold a valid driving license for a motorbike or car Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of relevant sourcing and contract management principles.
Membership in a professional body (e.g., CIPS or KISM) is an added advantage.
