Project Manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, in full, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocation covering both low and peak seasonsDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure, ensure and report project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate matters to senior management as neededManage the relationship with clients and other stakeholdersPerform risk management and ensure all identified risks are mitigated to a minimal levelCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationChampion safe work procedures and conditions ensuring zero injury to staffRespond to inquiries, requests, and complaints from clients and customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, physical, chat etc.Provide accurate and timely information, guidance, and assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns.Ensure service to client(s) is offered as per the SLA and within the contracted pricingContract management ensuring SLA is adhered to and all matters arising are addressed using relevant clauses in the contractsMaintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Overall responsible for the financial performance of the project(s) handled KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized universityAt least 5 years’ experience is a similar or closely related roleProven experience in office administration, customer service, or related roles.Experience working in a medium to large production/processing/manufacturing companyWorking knowledge of EHS in the production/processing/manufacturing industryStrong people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical, problem solver with a keen interest in numbersProficiency in office softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.Experience working in a human resource outsourcing setting is an added advantage
