Relationship Manager (RM)
The Relationship Manager (RM) plays a critical role in driving sales, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the operational efficiency of the MDC.
The RM is responsible for B2B acquisition and retention, achieving sales and collection targets, and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
This role also includes assisting with stock management and operational tasks to maintain high product quality and ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client ManagementProactively identify, engage, and onboard new B2B clients for fish, Ice flakes and chicken products.Manage and grow relationships with walk-in and corporate clients to maximise repeat business and customer lifetime value.Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to convert prospects and improve service.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.Ensure % payment collection on all product sales, with ZERO outstanding debt.Support and process orders for walk-in customers at the MDC while ensuring a professional customer experience.Customer ServiceServe as the key contact person for assigned accounts, ensuring fast and effective resolution of client issues.Educate clients on product options, pricing, and availability to drive informed purchases.Maintain updated and accurate customer records and sales logs in CRM or other assigned systems.Stock and Operational SupportReceive, verify, sort, and store incoming stock to maintain inventory integrity.Conduct periodic stock counts, quality checks, and participate in packaging and labelling to uphold quality standards.Support the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to both walk-in and corporate clients.Compliance and ReportingComply with company policies, operational procedures, and cold chain product handling standards.Submit accurate and timely reports on:Sales performance and collectionsCustomer interactions and service issuesInventory movements and dispatch records
