Key Responsibilities:
Achieve ABP targets for the respective territory directly and through the FEVC networkEnsure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments tanalyse key market trendsMonitor lead generation tensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales targetUnderstanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvementsConcept selling & drive new product/application sales.Develop and generate business through identified OEMs / Key Accounts / Channel Associates/Consultants tget additional business.Classification: PublicCritical Competenciesfor the Job:Product / Application Knowledge – Thermal EngineeringNetworking skillsStrong Verbal & Oral CommunicationStrong Interpersonal SkillsGood at Organizing and Planning Process and result oriented, with good analytical skills Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
An MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in industrialsales, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or absorption cooling systems.Strong experience in selling absorption chillers or related equipment.
