Job Responsibilities
Ensuring sales quotas are met and exceeded while surpassing client service expectations (under direction of the department head)Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needsEnsuring quality of service to clientsIdentifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up callsCold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads and arrange meetingsOrganizing demo plots on farmsProviding technical advice to customers on all aspects of the crop and specifics of our products, both before and after the saleMeeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets.Helping to set up product development plots for different needs of the companyRecommending and Developing new areas of business to management Other Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or related.Minimum 3 years experience in the export farms Sales of Agri inputs, preferably in plant nutrition productsFlexible to travel and stay out (sometimes up to 5 days).Excellent understanding of plant nutrition.Good understanding of plant protection.Valid Driving License
