Our goal is to simplify and ease the supply chain and logistics experience for the businesses that we serve, from the movement of goods to the software tools used to manage the workflows that help our customers get products to their customers.

You are an autodidact; product, market and environmental knowledge are key for this role, and not all of these can be directly imparted by the executive team. What we are looking for in you (the short of it)
You have:
Experience helping or leading a start-up into growth-phase sales; we want you to help our scaling effortsExcellent communication ability, including when under pressure or in a crisisA record of outperformance in previous roles; this is non-negotiableAn ability to train and nurture team members to bring the best out of themExperience building and/or running a sales team, including sales planning, territory design and mapping, quota and compensation setting, hiring, and headcount planning is preferred but not requiredA strong drive to succeed, and hold yourself and others to high standardsInfallible ethics and integrityExperience selling services and/or software Qualifications (the long of it)
4+ years of experience in a senior sales role, interacting with senior leadersBachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience in the logistics, retail, supply chain, or technology (software) industriesExperience in selling to SMEs & Enterprise clientsExperience in building, managing, coaching and mentoring sales teamsVerifiable exceptional achievement of sales goalsExperience in creating a repeatable and scalable sales processSales metrics analysis experienceStrong presentation and communication skillsStrategic and hands-on attitudeAbility to experiment and iterate quicklyTechnologically savvyA scientific approach to sales We also expect the candidate to be:
