Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap ) of the Laws of Kenya.
It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April .
On 10th January , it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.
Head of IT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee IT infrastructure, security and digital systems Implement fintech solutions to enhance service deliveryManage IT staff and external vendorsEnsure data security and regulatory compliance MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Computer science, IT or related field8+ years in IT managerial rolesExperience in financial or microfinance tech systems Credit Risk Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
7-10 years of experience in credit risk management, financial analysis, or lending operations.Proven track record of managing large credit portfolios or team.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MSc in Finance or Risk Management) is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage sourcing, purchasing and supplier managementEnsure cost effective procurement aligned with quality stanadardsMaintain procurement records and auditsDevelop and enforce procurement policies MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in procurement, Supply chain or Business5+ years in procurement rolesCertification in procurement (e.g. CIPS) is a plus Head of Collections and Recoveries
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead collections strategy and reduce non-performing loansMonitor delinquency reports and initiate recovery actionsOversee field recovery officersCoordinate with legal for recovery through courts if needed MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
