The Social Health Authority (SHA) is a State Corporation established under the Social Health Insurance Act, and mandated to provide financial risk protection for Kenyan residents by facilitating equitable access to quality healthcare.

SHA is responsible for administering the Social Health Insurance Fund, Primary Healthcare Fund, and Emergency, Chronic,


Legal Clerk II / Assistant Legal Clerk II

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution;

  • Proficiency in computer application;

  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

  • Meet the provision of Chapter Six of Constitution
  • OR

  • Three years’ experience at the grade of Assistant Officer III or in a comparable position in the public service or private sector;

  • Diploma Certificate in Law from a recognized institution;

  • Valid driving license free from any current endorsements(s);

  • Passed Occupational Trade Test I for Drivers;

  • Defensive Driving Certificate from recognized institution;

  • Refresher Driving course lasting not less than one week from a recognized institution;

  • Certificate of Good Conduct (renewable after one year);

  • Refresher course in First Aid lasting not less than one week

  • Proficiency in computer applications
