The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our existing customer portfolio through outbound calls to cross-sell financial products and services.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to promote and cross-sell Branch’s financial products.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Maintain a deep understanding of Branch MFB’s product offerings and customer benefits.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and OKRs.
Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Resolve customer inquiries and objections effectively, providing a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role in the financial services sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
A positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
