Minimum Qualification and Experience
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience);Over 5 years’ experience in website and e-learning platform development, showcasing a strong portfolio of responsive projects;Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PhP, CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Moodle, Drupal);Knowledge of backup, upgrading learning portal and migration;Design & Multimedia Tools: Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, CorelDraw, or equivalent tools for UI/UX design;Security & Compliance: Knowledge of web security measures, encryption protocols, and regulatory compliance;Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with a detail-oriented and user-focused approach;Experience with Moodle, Python, Django, or Flask for backend web applications;Proficiency in version control (Git/GitHub) and deployment on cloud environments Linux and Windows Server;Knowledge of Agile methodologies, LMS integration, and AI-driven educational technologies; andDemonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
