Develop robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the impact of financial inclusion interventions, and use data-driven insights to indecision-making and continuous improvement. Engage in advocacy efforts to promote policies and regulations that support inclusive financial systems and address barriers to access for marginalized populations. Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating financial inclusion programs in diverse geographic contexts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Commitment to the principles of social justice, equity, and inclusion. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
