Salary Range : KSh 30, – KSh 50,/month
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. Following production guidelines and specifications. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment. Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. Monitoring the entire production process Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products. Inspecting the finished products for quality control Stacking all raw materials in the warehouse Organizing inventory in an easy-to-access process Working on the production line and meeting production targets. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Performing other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements
Diploma Course or Valid Certification from a College/ Tertiary institution. At least 2 years’ experience in a Factory or Production Environment. Capacity to fluently read, write and speak the English language. Proficiently knowledgeable procedures of safety, and health protocols. Familiarity with the production metrics and processes. Proactive, flexible with an eye for details. Strong communication and team work abilities Ability to adhere to instructions. Must be in possession of both physical and mental dexterity.
