I analyzedata and prepare reports to support advocacy efforts. Help develop and implement advocacy strategies to address human rights violations. This may include drafting advocacy materials, preparing briefs, and meeting key stakeholders. Support the monitoring of human rights situations in specific regions or contexts. Document human rights violations and assist in preparing reports for internal and external dissemination. Contribute to the development and delivery of capacity-building initiatives that empower communities to understand and advocate for their rights. Assist in the planning, coordinating, and implementing protection programs, including workshops, training, and awareness-raising campaigns. Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams within the organization and with external partners, including local NGOs, government agencies, and international organizations. Provide general administrative support to the protection and human rights team, including organizing meetings, maintaining databases, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in human rights, international relations, law, social sciences, political science, development studies or related field. Strong understanding of international human rights law and principles. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages, particularly Arabic, French, or Spanish, is an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment. Demonstrated commitment to human rights, social justice, and equality.
