Support the mentorship and training of community members, volunteers, and project staff on WASH-related best practices and procedures. Assist in the development and dissemination of training materials, guidelines, and manuals to strengthen community capacity. Assist in identifying areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to project strategies, methodologies, and approaches based on data and observations. Participate in coordination meetings, working groups, and forums related to WASH initiatives, contributing insights and representing the organization.
