Facilitate communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, communities, and private sector partners. Develop and implement strategies for community outreach and engagement, ensuring local voices are heard and participation in EES initiatives. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise for environmental and energy projects. Facilitate stakeholder consultations, workshops, and collaborative decision-making processes to promote consensus-building and engagement. Contribute to the development and implementation of environmental policies and regulations, advocating for sustainable practices through research, policy briefs, and engagement with policymakers. Stay current on relevant EES policies and regulations to inform program development and advocacy efforts. Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and initiatives to advance environmental sustainability and energy management objectives. Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks related to environment, energy, and sustainability, and develop strategies to address them proactively. Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and permits, conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies. Develop and implement sustainability reporting frameworks, metrics, and KPIs to measure and track ESG performance, preparing sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders. Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in environment, energy, or sustainability. Proven track record in leading and managing teams, projects, and budgets at a senior level. Ability to develop and execute comprehensive EES strategies aligned with organizational goals. In-depth knowledge of specific EES areas such as renewable energy, climate change, or sustainable agriculture. Understanding of national and international environmental policies and advocacy experience.

Public health Qualifications/Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant field such as Environmental Engineering, Public Health, International Development, or related discipline. Prior experience or course work in WASH-related projects or programs is an asset. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging environments.
